*Requests can be made for particular services at extra costs

* .35 per mile travel charge if venue is more than 50 miles from Lincolnton, NC. Lodging will be charged, if needed.

* 20% retainer fee due upon booking. Final invoice must be paid in full one week before wedding to ensure services. Retainer is non-refundable if service is canceled within 30 days of wedding date.
